WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY NEVER BETTER MEMBERSHIP?

 

New Weekly Classes: These will range in length and difficulty.  The week will contain classes that all pertain to a common message for that week.

 

Full OnDemand Access: The Video Library is where you will access the weekly classes and any videos that have been previously uploaded.  This provides high quality video streaming and is available 24/7.  To understand the organization of the videos, click here.   

 

Exclusive Never Better Community: You will have exclusive access to this private Facebook group consisting of only Never Better Members.  Click here for details.

 

Special Events: These occur on an annual basis and may include events such as member-only live pop-ups, in person classes, Q&A with Susan, etc.

 

HOW IS THE NEVER BETTER MEMBERSHIP DIFFERENT FROM THE NEVER BETTER YOUTUBE AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS?

 

Members get access to additional classes not posted on public social media, as well as access to higher quality videos, access to the Never Better Community, and special events.

 

With the exception of Sunday with Susan, Never Better Yoga live classes on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, are no longer available after the live class time slot.  You will not be able to watch these live classes later UNLESS you have the Never Better Membership.  The OnDemand membership area will provide unlimited access to these classes once they have been removed from all social media platforms (which will occur within 24 hours after the live class airs).

 

ARE LIVE CLASSES PART OF THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?

 

Live classes are not part of the membership program.  They are currently a separate, contribution based practice.  However, the classes are recorded and added to the OnDemand library to view after they have aired.

 

I'M NOT SURE IF I WANT TO JOIN.  ARE THERE FREE TRIAL CLASSES AVAILABLE?

 

Yes!  Check out our YouTube channel, Never Better Yoga with Susan Smelt, for free classes.  These are a great way to test out our program and see if we are a good fit for you.  Free classes are generally shorter than those provided in our OnDemand Membership program.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE MONTHLY AND ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP?

 

The difference is a savings of $60 per year!  You receive the same exact benefits with either membership, however, with the annual membership you save $5 per month.  How could you pass that up?

 

HOW DO I CANCEL/CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP?

 

Hover over “Membership” on the Never Better home page and click “My Account” in the dropdown menu.  Under billing, you can cancel your membership, change your payment method, or switch your membership plan.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON'T USE MY MEMBERSHIP?

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE OFFERED/HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

 

You can pay for a membership with a credit/debit card or through a PayPal account.  Your card information or payment method can be changed under the "My Account" tab in the billing section.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE NEVER BETTER YOGA PRIVATE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY?

 

Gaining access to this amazing Never Better family first requires that you join the Never Better OnDemand Membership program.  Once you have joined the program, click here and request to join.  Note: You must have a Facebook account.  Your request may take a few days to process.

 

You will receive a facebook notification that you have been admitted into the group.  If after 3 days you have not been admitted, please email contact@neverbetteryoga.com and we can resolve the issue.

This community provides you with a communication tool for building relationships with Susan and other Never Betters.  It gives a sense of accountability and provides a safe space for those who want more tailored answers to life’s big questions.
