CLASS DIFFICULTY

HOW DIFFICULT ARE THE CLASSES?

At Never Better Yoga, safety is our first priority.  Before starting any new fitness program or regiment, we recommend that you consult your doctor or physician.  Click here for additional details.

Our classes range from all level to advanced and we assume that students have a base level of yoga proficiency.  Each class provides modifications that increase or decrease difficulty.  We emphasize that students practice at their own pace and level and modify as needed.

WHAT STYLE OF YOGA IS THE NEVER BETTER YOGA PRACTICE?

Never Better Yoga consists primarily of Vinyasa Flows, Power Vinyasa Fly-Flows, and foundational stretching.

I WANT TO DO THE POWER VINYASA CLASSES, BUT I CANNOT DO ARM BALANCES, HEADSTANDS, OR HANDSTANDS.  WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You’re not alone!  You can still take these classes, just know that you have to modify in specific areas.  These are advanced moves that require proper instruction and strength training prior to practicing in order to prevent injury.

For additional information, contact us at contact@neverbetteryoga.com.

ARE THERE IN-PERSON CLASSES?

Unfortunately, there are no in-person classes at this time due to COVID-19.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CLASS TO WATCH?

Before taking a class, identify the amount of time you have to set aside for a class and what your current level of ability is.  You can also take note of what things are currently taking up space in your mind that you would like to address (consider both positive and negative thoughts.)

Now that you have a clear understanding of the length, level, and type of message that you would like to include in your practice, click here to learn how to find a class that best suits your current physical and mental state.

Note: You do not need to stick strictly to the level, length, and message that you initially considered.  Those are just good things to take note of when starting your search for the perfect class.

ARE THE CLASSES LIVE OR PRE-RECORDED?

We provide contribution based live classes that are separate from the OnDemand Never Better Membership.  (See the Live Classes tab for details.)

The OnDemand library consists of pre-recorded classes and recordings of the live classes.  There are no classes that can be viewed live through the OnDemand membership at this time.

Click here for more information on how the live and OnDemand classes vary.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR EACH CLASS?

You will want to come prepared with a yoga mat!  Other equipment, such as blocks, are welcome, but not necessary.  We also encourage staying hydrated throughout your practice.

IS THERE A CALENDAR FOR THE CLASSES?

There is a calendar for the live classes that can be found under the Live Classes” tab on the home page.  There is not currently a calendar for the OnDemand classes, but you can expect videos to be uploaded every week (days and times may vary).

WHAT IF I MISS A LIVE CLASS?

Have no fear!  Our live classes get recorded and uploaded to our OnDemand library shortly after airing.  If you miss a live class, you can watch it later through OnDemand.  Note: This is only available for those with a Never Better OnDemand Membership.

Be sure not to miss another class by staying up to date with our class calendar, found under the Live Classes” tab.
